β β β β β It's located a little bit out of the way, towards the train station but it was worth the walk. We weren't too sure about the choice we'd made initially, as the decor was a little outdated and the staff weren't that friendly initially.
The food was good if you stay away from the frozen seafood. The fresh stuff was very good, however. The house wine was quite drinkable and I certainly can't complain for the price.
The real surprise was when the barman, and I assume proprietor, came in and was much more friendly and open. He really feels like the life and soul of the place. When I asked for the bill, he very kindly offered a Limoncello digestive free of charge. This, combined with the very reasonable price of the food, has convinced me that it's worth coming back again.

β β β β β This is the best restaurant that we visited on our Italian holidays! Phenomenal pasta with sea food, great atmosphere and wonderful staff that will make you feel like you were there everyday :) We are now planning to visit Bergamo just to go there again :)
