★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'osteria è collocata all'interno di una caverna di tufo che rappresenta per i proprietari il luogo perfetto per trasformare la vite in vino. Se si ha la fortuna di incontrare e scambiare due parole con il proprietario della cantina (molto gentile e cortese ad accoglierci) o con l' enologo (straordinariamente competente ed affabile), la visita e il pranzo meritano tutta l'attenzione. Veramente molto buono e abbondante il tagliere di salumi e formaggi. Ottima la pasta alla carbonara. Di straordinaria qualità il vino, Vermentino bianco, il rosso Riserva "Roma" e il Sagrantino di Montefalco passito.
 The tavern is located inside a tuff cave which represents for the owners the perfect place to transform the vine into wine. If you are lucky enough to meet and exchange a few words with the owner of the winery (very kind and courteous to welcome us) or with the winemaker (extraordinarily competent and affable), the visit and lunch deserve all the attention. The platter of cold cuts and cheeses is really very good and plentiful. The carbonara pasta is excellent. The wine, white Vermentino, red Riserva "Roma" and Sagrantino di Montefalco passito are of extraordinary quality.

The Sommelier was very knowledgeable, friendly, and great at answering questions and teaching us about the wine making process. Definitely would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely one page menu, always means that it'll be fabulous food. Prices are going up and I hope it won't become a pricey restaurant and stays as it is. The local wine is great (ask to open the bottles at the table)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. We scheduled a wine tasting and cellar tour here in November. We were attended by Christian, who was a wonderful host. He did an excellent explanation of both the history of the property as well as historical and current wine production. Our tour concluded with a wine tasting of 5 wines under his guidance followed by a 4 course lunch which were accompanied by the 4 of the 5 wines.
For us the wines were very reasonably priced and we envied the locals who stopped in to pick up the extremely well priced boxes of the same wine we tasted and our he’s by the bottle. Excellent fresh pressed EVOO as well. They were some of the best souvenirs we brought home from the trip ;)
