Meglio qualche "assaggino" in meno per potersi gustare poi il resto. Ho preso poi una grigliata di pesce che di grigliato non aveva nulla. Era pesce fritto.... E di nuovo gli stessi dall'antipasto in altra versione.... Insomma, poteva andare meglio... Anche perché alla fine il conto è stato consistente.... La conoscenza è l'amicizia atavica che ci lega con il Grande Chef Antonio Sardella come pure con Stefano Sardella suo braccio destro si è rinforzata e credo non verrà mai meno!! Sono persone fantastiche come lo erano i loro nonni, il loro papà e la loro meravigliosa mamma!! Il loro punto di forza è il rispetto del prossimo e la memoria del luogo natìo, "Cermignano" ancora e sempre nel loro cuore! Aver avuto il piacere di degustare le infinite prelibatezze marinare è stato favoloso, non trovo aggettivi consoni per meglio descrivere quanto dedustato !! Oltre gli antipasti gustosissimi e abbaondanti non siamo andati, appena un assaggio di un primo, anch'esso ottimo, ci siamo arresi, la prossima volta ripartiremo dai primi!! Il locale è elegante, carino e accogliente a due passi dal Lungomare di Alba Adriatica!! Il servizio è stato impeccabile, la qualità dei prodotti eccellente, i sapori esaltati nel giusto modo, abbinamenti di spezie, aromi e ingredienti tradizionali, fondono il tutto in un connubio perfetto!! Tutto ottimo, abbondante, veramente fantastico!!! Abbiamo trascorso una serata divina!! Grazie Antonio, Grazie Stefano!! Non è presente un menù per avere una vasta scelta di piatti. Small and quiet place. It is eaten well and abundant quantities. Average price but not cheap.
