Carbonara di pesce SUBLIME, frittura mista di pesce e verdure, croccante, leggera ed abbondante (o dovuto farmi aiutare a finirla?)e poi grigliata di pesce e verdura ripassate, anche questa favolosa, il tutto annaffiato con un ottimo"greco di tufo". Abbiamo provato anche una ciclista, ottima come piace a me, infatti la prossima volta assaggeremo le loro pizze, che ho notato gradissero in molti nel locale. Il personale molto attento alle esigenze dei clienti, gentile e preparato, i complimenti al personale di cucina e pizzeria esperti tanto quanto, se non di più, dei ristoranti stellati ✨ Bravi a tutti. Io ho provato il pesce buono, ma soprattutto porzioni estremamente generose, il fritto ho fatto veramente fatica a finirlo?. Il locale è molto semplice e con gli arredi un po' datati, ma anche questo gli dà una sua caratteristica. I piatti sono buoni e il personale molto cortese. Sicuramente più economico di tanti altri ristoranti della zona , magari con posizioni e location più favorevoli. Certo non mi aspettavo una pizza napoletana, ma non abbiamo chiesto sicuramente una piadina bruciacchiata, secca e fredda. Tralasciamo il condimento della bianca, ma la rossa tonno e cipolla? Era più che evidente che fosse condita a freddo. Non ordinerò mai più una pizza da loro, spero vivamente che funzioni meglio la loro cucina, altrimenti intravedo il fallimento. Una stella è anche troppo. Sconsigliatissimo a meno che non vi piaccia il pane carasau con un pó di condimento sopra. Dentro le scatole non c'erano pizze, ma tristezza e rancore. Sì, le abbiamo mangiate ma ricordando ciò che dice mio padre:"la fame è il miglior condimento". I had read that the pizza was thin, but not so !?
