La pizza è molto buona curata con una lievitazione sufficientemente lunga, fatta con farina di tipo 1, e pochissimo lievito, in modo da esaurire la lievitazione prima della cottura e non dentro le nostre pancie!!!! Questo la rende molto digeribile!!!!
What was the tavern of the field has now become the pizzeria Calcio e pepe. The pizza is very good cured with a sufficiently long leavening, made with flour type 1, and very little yeast, so as to deplete the leavening before cooking and not inside our pancages !! This makes it very digestible !!!!
