★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non trovo difetti, tutto perfetto! Locale stupendo ed accogliente, amo il camino. Cibo ottimo, leggero ed anche bello a vedersi. Servizio gentile e veloce. La degustazione di olio e l'entree di gamberi omaggio sono una coccola apprezzatissima. Il prezzo è più che giusto per quanto e come abbiamo mangiato. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!
I find no flaws, everything perfect! Gorgeous and welcoming place, I love the fireplace. Excellent food, light and also beautiful to look at. Friendly and fast service. The oil tasting and the complimentary shrimp entree are a much appreciated treat. The price is more than fair for how much and how we ate. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osteria del Borgo, piccolo locale dove perdersi nel Girone dei Golosi. Un luogo dove l'estro e la tecnica si fondono per creare piatti che solleticano ogni tipo di palato. La nostra esperienza era partita come un "salto nel vuoto", ma in realtà si è rivelata quasi mistica. Partiamo dalle basi dicendo che il locale è stato ristrutturato di recente con sapiente gusto. I tavoli sono ben distribuiti per creare situazioni più intime e zone più conviviali ma ora veniamo a noi. Il servizio è cortese e non troppo invadente. Il nostro pasto è iniziato con un benvenuto dello chef composto da degli sfilacci di pollo al curry con salsa bianca leggermente acidula molto interessante. A seguire abbiamo preso una impareggiabile pizza con impasto a lunga lievitazione (48ore se non sbaglio) condita con del caprino, zucchine a julienne e speck. Presentazione curatissima ed esplosione di sapori in bocca. In questo piatto la base fa da padrona. Gli ingredienti sapientemente abbinati potrebbero addirittura essere un "di più", quasi messi in ombra da sua maestà! (Impasto). Visto questo inizio così ben augurante, ci siamo voluti coccolare con una Tagliata di cuberoll di manzo Olandese al lime e thè verde. Presentazione minimal ma molto elegante. La carne era tenerissima e molto saporita mentre la salsa di accompagnamento era molto fresca e profumata. In bocca si crea un fantastico gioco di sapori e consistenze differenti che risultano piacevolissime. Il conto è assolutamente in linea con il livello delle pietanze offerte. Il locale entra a pieni voti della nostra Top 10 di ristoranti dell'entroterra maceratese.
Osteria del Borgo, a small place where you can get lost in the Girone dei Golosi. A place where creativity and technique come together to create dishes that tickle every type of palate. Our experience started out as a "leap into the void", but in reality it turned out to be almost mystical. Let's start from the basics by saying that the restaurant has been recently renovated with skilful taste. The tables are well distributed to create more intimate situations and more convivial areas but now we come to us. The service is courteous and not too intrusive. Our meal started with a welcome from the chef consisting of chicken curry shreds with a very interesting slightly sour white sauce. Then we took an incomparable pizza with long leavening dough (48 hours if I'm not mistaken) topped with goat cheese, julienne courgettes and speck. Well-kept presentation and explosion of flavors in the mouth. In this dish the base is the master. The cleverly combined ingredients could even be "more", almost overshadowed by his majesty! (Dough). Given this very auspicious start, we wanted to pamper ourselves with a sliced beef cuberoll Dutch with lime and green tea. Minimal but very elegant presentation. The meat was very tender and very flavorful while the accompanying sauce was very fresh and fragrant. In the mouth it creates a fantastic game of different flavors and textures that are very pleasant. The bill is absolutely in line with the level of the dishes offered. The restaurant enters with flying colors in our Top 10 of restaurants in the hinterland of Macerata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iniziamo dicendo che il locale è stato ristrutturato in maniera egregia, davvero con gusto. Il personale è molto disponibile e gentile e nel mio caso mi hanno preparato anche un ottimo risotto fuori menù. scendendo nel dettaglio abbiamo pranzato in 6 ordinando 2 taglieri come antipasto e devo dire che la qualità di affettati e formaggi era alta, per poi passare a 6 primi che avevano un gusto e un sapore a dir poco eccezionale. aggiungo che i prezzi sono giustissimi in rapporto a ciò che abbiamo mangiato.

Let's start by saying that the restaurant has been renovated in an excellent way, really tastefully. The staff is very helpful and kind and in my case they also prepared me an excellent off-menu risotto. going into detail, we had lunch in 6, ordering 2 platters as an appetizer and I must say that the quality of cold cuts and cheeses was high, then moving on to 6 first courses that had an exceptional taste and flavor. I add that the prices are very fair in relation to what we ate.
