★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an Osteria where you are served mostly organic food coming from the garden of the property. Some dishes are traditional, old, rustic recipes, and some others are newly developed recipes from the fresh garden components. Olive oil is from the olive trees all around the place.
The house red wine is a yearly different selection from neighbouring wineries.
The concept is about traditional Tuscan gourmet cuisine.
I have been going there for years. And every year i return to be pleasantly surprised by the new wine, the same old traditional dishes and the new dishes.
It is surely not a place for a quick or light meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunch to forget. Average food compared to the price. The owner feels the king of chefs. No respect for the client, especially if he is a foreigner. For him all strangers either praise him or they do not understand anything. First and last time. Not recommended for those with problems with some foods. It is impossible to have a simple white rice or a fillet without pepper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely people and great food in a beautiful spot. My girlfriend and I were looking for a late dinner on a night that the restaurant was closed for a private function. The staff were so welcoming and friendly that they prepared a delicious dinner for us to take away. We loved the food and appreciated the warmth and hospitality of the team - grazie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was taken to this wonderful restaurant by my villa hosts Riccardo and Manuela.
The atmosphere and food was spectacular.
The owner/chef is a truly passionate man and can be quite hilarious. Even said he would put out a sign saying "beware of the chef!)?
I would recommend this gem to anyone who truly cares about food. BELLISSIMO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love this place. The food and wine were great and Paolo (and his German Shepherd) were delightful. We were fortunate enough to have a cooking class with Paolo and it was a memorable experience that I hope to do again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I had the most romantic diner at l'Osteria de l'Acquolina. We started off with a plate of Tuscan apetizers - that were over over delicious - and ended with the classic Pici pasta. Service is very kind and always happy to see you.
Went here twice and got a table between the olive trees the second time.
In short : would recommend.
