★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto soddisfacente, locale curato, tranquillo e molto accogliente, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Ottimo menù con specialità particolari molto curate e gustose di qualità e freschezza. Rimarchevole il Tiramisù al marsala con pistacchi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo ed buona scelta nella carta dei vini.
 Very satisfying experience, well-kept, quiet and very welcoming place, very kind and helpful staff. Excellent menu with special specialties very accurate and tasty of quality and freshness. The Marsala tiramisu with pistachios is noteworthy. Excellent quality / price ratio and good choice in the wine list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati altre volte in questo grazioso ristorante nel cuore di Sant'Ambrogio, ma questa volta non siamo usciti soddisfatti dall'esperienza culinaria. Menù fisso per la festa di San Valentino, ma i piatti non erano al livello di quelli consumati nelle precedenti visite al ristorante. Non ci siamo sentiti di criticare nulla sul momento, perché probabilmente erano piatti che semplicemente non incontravano i nostri gusti. Servizio come sempre cortese ed efficiente, vino ottimo. Conto senza sorprese.
We have been other times to this lovely restaurant in the heart of Sant'Ambrogio, but this time we did not leave satisfied with the dining experience. Fixed menu for Valentine's Day, but the dishes were not at the level of those consumed in previous visits to the restaurant. We didn't feel like criticizing anything at the moment, because they were probably dishes that simply didn't meet our tastes. As always courteous and efficient service, excellent wine. Account without surprises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo recati in questa osteria per via delle buone recensioni che posso solo confermare,personale gentile,ottima carta dei vini,mi è piaciuta la battuta di fassona che faceva parte dell'antipasto della casa,che comprendeva anche vitello tonnato e un tortino,come primo consiglio il risotto ai funghi e castelmagno,davvero ottimo,come dolce il tiramisù al marsala e pistacchio.
Posto che consiglio, sicuramente ci torneremo.
We went to this tavern because of the good reviews that I can only confirm, kind staff, excellent wine list, I liked the Fassona tartare that was part of the house appetizer, which also included vitello tonnato and a pie, like first suggestion the risotto with mushrooms and castelmagno, really excellent, as a dessert tiramisu with marsala and pistachio.
Place I recommend, we will definitely be back.

If you are anywhere near Turin, go there. You can have first a tour of the "Sacra" of Saint Michael, and then go down to the village of Sant'Ambrogio, where you will find the restaurant in the centre. The place is amazing, with a nice portico and very nice inner space. It's very clean and (something unfortunately not always granted in Italy, in our experience) fully equipped for children. All the crew is very nice, and the host Teo is both nice and professional and suggested us a wonderful wine for our meal. We had a wonderful onion soup, an excellent salmon, and a great veal. Italian food as you would expect it, but with a bit of a (very nice) unexpected surprises. We will surely go back there when we come back to Italy! And last, but definitely not least: it's not expansive at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here from Turin. After visiting the Sacra of San Michele we had an amazing dinner at this place. Everything was delicious and atmosphere was very comfortable, cozy and warm! I would suggest this place for sure and I hope we will come back!
