★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante sulle rive dell'Adda, nel bellissimo borgo di Crespi d'Adda, intatto esempio di villaggio operaio dominato da Villa Crespi. Ho pranzato in un mercoledì, e il ristorante era piuttosto pieno, segno di qualità e apprezzamento da parte dei clienti. Propongono un menù "di lavoro" dove poter scegliere, come nel mio caso, due portate, un bicchiere di buon vino, acqua a volontà e pane. I piatti scelti da me i i miei tre amici erano tutti di alta qualità, una menzione particolare per il risotto al salto col midollo, e vi posso assicurare che di midollo ce n'era in abbondanza, uno stinco tagliato a metà! Veramente squisito. Ottimo il salmone, il tonno e i casoncelli. Buono l'antipasto di burrata. Un caffè di qualità ha completato un ottimo pasto. Per 25 euro ne vale veramente la pena. Ovviamente c'è anche un ricco menù alla carta ed una buona carta dei vini. Locale citato anche in guida Michelin. Fortemente raccomandato, specie se accostato alla visita di Crespi d'Adda
Restaurant on the banks of the Adda, in the beautiful village of Crespi d'Adda, an intact example of a workers' village dominated by Villa Crespi. I had lunch on a Wednesday, and the restaurant was quite busy, a sign of quality and appreciation from customers. They offer a "work" menu where you can choose, as in my case, two courses, a glass of good wine, water and bread at will. The dishes chosen by me and my three friends were all of high quality, a particular mention for the risotto with bone marrow, and I can assure you that there was plenty of marrow, a shank cut in half! Really exquisite. Excellent salmon, tuna and casoncelli. The burrata appetizer is good. Quality coffee completed a great meal. For 25 euros it is really worth it. Obviously there is also an extensive à la carte menu and a good wine list. Local also mentioned in the Michelin guide. Strongly recommended, especially if combined with a visit to Crespi d'Adda
