Al servizio sala/banco non ci si può trovar male perché si trova velocità, pulizia e simpatia. Posso considerarmi una cliente fissa, soddisfatta e affezionata. Il servizio può essere migliorato: rispondere ad un cliente che chiede di ripetere l'elenco dei primi "i primi sono quelli che ti ho appena detto" non depone a favore del locale, e rispondere con più gentilezza non porta via molto tempo, anche considerato che, consapevoli che il locale fosse pieno, nessuno di noi si è lamentato del lungo tempo d'attesa intercorso tra il momento in cui ci siamo seduti e quello in cui è stata presa la comanda. Ulteriore nota per nulla positiva: non ci è stato richiesto il green pass né il personale indossava correttamente la mascherina. Non me la sento di consigliarlo.
