★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante che propone primi piatti e secondi di carne classici e semplici. Io ho preso gli spaghetti cacio e pepe e la faraona, entrambi erano buoni, forse negli spaghetti c'era un po' troppo formaggio. Do 4 stelle per due motivi: il primo é che c'è stata un po' troppa attesa all'accoglienza e per prendere le ordinazioni, il secondo é che ci é stato presentato il conto su un pezzo di carta, in cambio di uno sconto che però era troppo basso per giustificare l'assenza dello scontrino.
Restaurant offering classic and simple first and second courses of meat. I had the spaghetti with cacio e pepe and the guinea fowl, both were good, maybe there was a little too much cheese in the spaghetti. I give 4 stars for two reasons: the first is that there was a little too much waiting at the reception and to take orders, the second is that we were presented with the bill on a piece of paper, in exchange for a discount which, however, was too low to justify the absence of the receipt.

Siamo stati per la prima volta con amici per una cena. Abbiamo mangiato bene, solo un pizzico troppo sapidi tutti piatti. Antipasto ciano buono, con ottimi salumi, ma la burrata non è piaciuta a nessuno. I
secondi tutti buoni, ma ripeto un pizzico troppo sapidi e vino della casa non buono a gusto nostro.Infatti abbiamo subito rimediato con una bottiglia ordinata di un ottimo cabernet. Personale un po distratto infatti più di una volta ci sono arrivati piatti di altri tavoli. Sorpresa finale che non ci aspettavamo da FURBI o DISTRATTI è stata che alcuni prezzi di alcune pietanze viste nel menù non corrispondevano a quelli nello scontrino. Quando abbiamo fatto notare l'errore alla sig.ra in cassa dopo aver pagato, la stessa ci ha risposto che i menù non erano aggiornati (Inammissibile x un locale commerciale) e si scusava ma non poteva farci nulla. Quando le ho fatto notare che non era giusto che potesse farci nulla e non rimediava in alcun modo, ho dovuto io chiederle almeno degli amari offerti dato il loro errore. La sog.ra ha accettato. La cosa che non abbiamo apprezzato è stata che abbiamo dovuto pensarci noi al rimedio al loro errore. Non credo ci torneremo. A volte basta poco per fidelizzare un cliente.. Da migliorare..
“FURBISH OR DISTRACTED. CHECK MENU PRICES AND FINAL RECEIPT "
We went for the first time with friends for a dinner. We ate well, just a little too savory all dishes. Good cyan appetizer, with excellent cold cuts, but nobody liked the burrata. THE
second courses all good, but I repeat a pinch too savory and house wine not good to our taste. In fact we immediately remedied with an ordered bottle of an excellent cabernet. Staff a little distracted in fact more than once we got dishes from other tables. Final surprise that we did not expect from FURBI or DISTRATTI was that some prices of some dishes seen in the menu did not correspond to those in the receipt. When we pointed out the mistake to Ms at the cashier after paying, she replied that the menus were not up to date (inadmissible for a commercial premises) and apologized but could not do anything about it. When I pointed out that it was not right that she could do anything about it and she did not remedy it in any way, I had to ask her at least for the bitters offered given their mistake. The lady accepted. The thing we didn't like was that we had to fix their mistake ourselves. I don't think we'll be back. Sometimes it doesn't take much to build customer loyalty .. To improve ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata da Ciano a Pasqua ..abbiamo mangiato benissimo , i piatti uscivano con i tempi giusti, riso cucinato alla perfezione, gnocchi al sugo d anitra spettacolari, maialino e agnello favolosi...e servizio impeccabile. Grazie a Ciano e al suo team...sono stata davvero piacevolmente colpita dalla vostra professionalità.

I went to Ciano at Easter .. we ate very well, the dishes came out at the right times, rice cooked to perfection, gnocchi with duck sauce spectacular, suckling pig and lamb fabulous ... and impeccable service. Thanks to Ciano and his team ... I was really pleasantly impressed by your professionalism.
I highly recommend it
