P	Paolo Landriscina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza gustativa eccellente! Ottime preparazioni del territorio, ma molto ricercate sia negli ingredienti, sia nelle preparazioni e presentazioni. È da dire che aderisce a Slow Food e AIC. Iniziato il pranzo con fettine di pane con olio locale di Cerveteri accompagnato con una salsina al pomodoro, molto piacevole il tutto (gentilmente offerto dallo Chef Marco. Poi antipasti con polipetti e carciofi tagliati à la julienne con olio, sale pepe e foglioline di menta fresca, una delizia! I primi con spaghettoni allo scoglio e spaghettoni alle vongole. Carciofo alla romana (veramente buoni). Di secondo polpo con biscotto di pane sbriciolato e crema di nocciole, con nocciole a pezzi. Come dessert un tiramisù formato da un guscio di pasta frolla con all'interno la crema di mascarpone con granella di cacao. Altro dessert con una ciotola di crema a latte (eccellente) accompagnata con biscottini frollini. Altra particolarità il caffè viene servito direttamente al tavolo nella piccola moka con uno zucchero di canna molto particolare. Da tornarci per altre degustazioni! Excellent taste experience! Lunch began with slices of bread with local Cerveteri oil accompanied with a tomato sauce, very pleasant all (kindly offered by Chef Marco. Then appetizers with octopus and artichokes cut à la julienne with oil, salt, pepper and fresh mint leaves , a delight! The first with spaghetti with seafood and spaghetti with clams. Roman artichoke (really good). Second octopus with crumbled bread biscuit and hazelnut cream, with chopped hazelnuts. For dessert a tiramisu made from a shell of shortcrust pastry with mascarpone cream inside with cocoa grains. Another dessert with a bowl of milk cream (excellent) accompanied with shortbread biscuits. Another peculiarity is coffee is served directly at the table in the small mocha with a lot of brown sugar particular. To come back for other tastings!

Time? because you feel you can take the time here to eat for the sake of pleasure. Great food and wine, taken seriously with lectures from sommelier from the vineyatd of the evening. Lovely evening ! Being from Stockholm, we felt like members of the town ! Strongly recommend this little genuin place !!
