Dopo un'attenta anamnesi, mi ha trattato la parte, dato consigli e esercizi da eseguire a casa. Devo dire che il problema si è risolto in breve, a fasi alterne tornerò per "risistemare" la parte, ma sono molto soddisfatta, soprattutto anche di non dover prendere farmaci!! Devo dire che non ero mai stata da un osteopata, ma mi ha subito messa a mio agio e mi ha fatto un sacco di domande per cercare di capire da dove potesse avere origine il mio dolore. Ha analizzato la situazione nell'insieme, e non focalizzandosi solo sulla parte da trattare. E questo approccio denota professionalità e competenza a parer mio. Dopo il trattamento ho avuto beneficio, ma essendoci andata una sola volta causa estate, non posso parlare di risultati a lungo termine, anche se mi ha dato degli esercizi da fare a casa che mi hanno aiutato. Sono arrivata da Gianluca in un periodo di forte stress fisico e devo dire che mi ha rimessa a nuovo. Quello che ho più apprezzato è che a ogni seduta ha utilizzato tecniche diverse in base alle mie esigenze ascoltando sia quello che gli dicevo a voce sia ‘sentendo’ il mio corpo.
