La professionalità di Dario, la sua conoscenza del corpo umano oltre che delle tecniche di respirazione connesse alla pratica e la sua chiarezza nelle istruzioni permettono di svolgere qualunque esercizio, seppur a distanza. La possibilità di partecipare a più sessioni durante la settimana e da casa permette di praticare con costanza. Quei fastidiosi doloretti che ci accompagnano nel quotidiano,dopo il tocco delle sapienti mani di Dario,saranno soltanto un brutto ricordo e la qualità delle nostre giornate avrà una svolta sensazionale!
