After receiving treatment at the Cleveland Clinic, USA, for neck and back issues, I looked for a trusted provider who could continue my care while living abroad. After an extensive search for an osteopath/physiotherapist in Rome who speaks English, I found Dott. Luciani. With short notice, he was able to fit me in for two appointments while in Rome. He spent time during the intake interview to understand the issues before beginning the treatment. The treatments were thorough and pain-relieving. Aftercare included a stretching program in which Dott. Luciani was available to answer questions once home in North Africa. I will be returning to Rome in a couple of weeks for additional treatments. A sincere thanks, Dott. Luciani, for providing some relief and progress with my spinal health!

I had difficulty getting out of bed, couldn't tie my own shoes and was practically unable to walk. As I have Degenerative Disc Disease, Spondylolisthesis and Central Canal Stenosis, I was very worried I had a serious problem. He agreed to see me on a Sunday and after taking a thorough history and examination, he was able to reassure me that the problem was muscular spasm and was pressing on the Sciatic nerve. Two hours later, after treatment, I walked out and two days later was almost pain free. A second visit a week later completed my recovery. Dr Luciani is very professional in his approach, but, friendly and has plenty of good advice about best practice and exercises especially designed to help the problem.

D	David Savoury on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first thing you need to know about Emanuele Luciani, as a professional, is that his mere presence inspires a calm confidence that you have come to the right place. Perhaps it's his background in yoga but it's also because there's nothing about osteopathy and physiotherapy, bones, tendons and muscles that this man doesn't know! In my experience (I visit him every three weeks because I have a progressive muscle-wasting disease) his combination of first-class academic training and immense practical experience in the treatment-room means that you are, literally, in the best possible hands. I have worked with other very good therapists, at home in England, but I know from experience, from my improved quality of life since Emanuele has been treating me, that this guy is the best! Go and see him. You won't regret it.

You can tell that Dr. Emanuele really knows his stuff at a HIGH standard. He thoroughly examines the issue prior to treating and I was left feeling very satisfied with the outcome. After months of not having any treatment since leaving Austalia, he really managed to fix me up and eliminate the pain and tension in my neck and shoulders in the one session I had with him. -Also what I liked about my appointment was that I did not at all feel rushed and felt like I got my money's worth for the decent amount of time spent being looked after. I am super fussy with what health professionals I choose to see.. especially being overseas but he was honestly GREAT. ( **for any foreigners out there like me .. He was extremely attentive, competent in handling my acute spinal issue, so I had an immediate relief to the pain. He also recommended making additional test for another issue, which proved to be a good and timely advice. He is amazingly humane doctor, he makes follow up calls after the treatment , which is extraordinary for doctors. I work mostly in the field where there may be a lack of health care. He has made himself available to all my urgent health related questions by recommending solutions. He is a doctor who is genuinely interested in the well being of his patients even if you may have attended just one session. A gem in the health care industry, which is normally full of doctors who will not give time and attention beyond the billed time. Thank you Doctor for all your help!

Even though I have visited several Osteopaths over the years, Dr. Luciani gave me new knowledge on how to care for my back going forward. The aftercare - sending me a custom stretching routine - shows how much he cares for the well-being of his patients. He saved the rest of our vacation - and helped me going forward managing my back issues. I can‘t recommend him highly enough. I wish he had an office in my home town!
