★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negli ultimi tempi la qualità della carne è decisamente peggiorata. Ma non i prezzi. Noto molto molto spesso che la carne è piena di acqua, il vitello è duro. Chiedi carne per una preparazione e ti ritrovi il taglio sbagliato. E in cucina io me la cavo bene. No, mi spiace ma hanno perso un cliente. Sarà meglio che cambino modo di lavorare, così è ciulare la gente.
In recent times the quality of the meat has definitely deteriorated. But not the prices. I notice very often that the meat is full of water, the veal is tough. You ask for meat for a preparation and you find yourself the wrong cut. And in the kitchen I do well. No, I'm sorry but they lost a customer. They better change the way they work, so it is to blind people.
