★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was clearly a kitten stucked on the rooftop of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and you could see the scene from the 5th floor inside Osservatorio Prada.We asked to the staff to do something, to call someone who could be able to go there (as clearly there were sigarettes around and someone was able to reach the point). They totally didn't care and said nobody was able to go there and that he was part of a colony fo black cats (there was the mum and 3 kittens, but the stucked kitten was on top of a roof and couldn't reach them. He was terrified.beforr leaving, we asked again to do something and they told us he was just getting repair from the rain... WTF, what is the issue with this people? Second bad experience with Prada today, very bad guys.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osservatorio Fondazione Prada is a part of Fondazione Prada, but located in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuelle. Once there, need to go up the elevator to the top floor. Once in the lobby area, buy the tickets (or you can also used the one from the main Fondazione Prada. The ticket is good for upto 7 days). In the Osservatorio, can check out the dome of the Galleria. And there is always a temporary installation to explore. This time it is the Training Humans by Kate Crawford & Trevor Paglen.
The ticket costs 10€ (for osservatorio & 1 exhibit in the main Fondazione Prada), or more to visit the whole exhibits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The smaller part of the Fondazione Prada located in the city center on two floors, reachable by an elevator. The exhibition itself was interesting and the ticket can be used to enter the other location as well, but overall it just wasn't that amazing.
