★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non andare assolutamente in questo ospedale e tenersi lontani dal reparto di oculistica per bambini. Personale incompetente e con poca voglia di lavorare. Infermiera che si sostituisce alla dottoressa rispondendo in sua vece alle domande poste a quest'ultima, senza essere redarguita.
A questo punto tanto vale lasciare solo le infermiere senza il medico specialista, tanto a che serve ?in più oltre a tutto anche essersi dimenticati di lasciarmi il foglio per fare le nuove lenti a mia figlia tutto assurdo ,poi chiami per dirgli che mi manca quel foglio e mi dicono: si signora glielo mandiamo via e-mail dopo due giorni ancora non ho ricevuto nulla ...tutto assurda ormai la sanità italiana!!
Absolutely do not go to this hospital and keep away from the children's eye care department. Incompetent staff with little desire to work. Nurse who takes the place of the doctor by answering the questions posed to the latter in her stead, without being scolded.
At this point we might as well leave the nurses alone without the specialist doctor, so what's the point? In addition to everything even having forgotten to leave me the sheet to make the new lenses for my daughter all absurd, then you call to tell him that I miss that sheet and they tell me: yes madam we send it to you by e-mail after two days I still have not received anything ... all absurd by now the Italian health system !!
