P	Pat Gara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima organizzazione, il filtro anticovid per raccogliere le autocertificazioni, serve solo a raddoppiare le code, non misurano la temperatura, si fidano di ciò che scrivi e ti mandano ad assiepati nella fila per accettazione e pagamenti. Qui una sola addetta senza mascherina, raccoglie, riscuote, rilascia, da indicazioni, risponde alle telefonate e chiacchiera con una dipendente che s'intrufola e passa davanti a tutti dicendo: "io lavoro qui, faccio subito" poi paga come tutti e ci mette il tempo che le serve. Quando arriva il tuo turno all'accettazione non ti fanno passare se arrivi troppo in anticipo , giustamente per non affollare la sala d'attesa, ma se arrivi al momento giusto, se c'è molta coda, ritardi la visita. Quindi succede che uno ti fa passare poi l'altro ti rimanda indietro. Sarebbe meglio utilizzare le due persone per aprire due sportelli, dove gli addetti raccolgono le autocertificazioni ed i pagamenti e rilasciano ricevuta ed indicazioni SENZA CHIACCHIERARE! Operatori non informati sulla normativa vigente. Naturalmente mi hanno segnalato le indicazioni sono del Direttore Sanitario. Mah!!! Pienamente soddisfatta dell'intervento e del post operatorio, già durante la visita mi aveva spiegato nel dettaglio l'intervento rilasciandomi della documentazione anche per il dopo intervento. Ogni giorno si è sincerato delle mie condizioni venendo in stanza ad accertarsi personalmente del decorso del mio ricovero. Disponibile a chiarire i miei eventuali dubbi e paure che un'intervento del genere può naturalmente generare all'inizio. Tutto il personale OSS e infermieristico è disponibile e gentile, in particolar modo meritano una menzione Magda, Irea, Mariola e Angelina. Il fisioterapista che ha accompagnato i miei primi passi è Jacopo che difinirei "bruto ma giusto". Ha saputo anche rassicurarmi nei diversi dubbi legati alla deambulazione iniziale e affini. L	Laura Longo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia madre è andata dall’oculista Dottor Zucchini, ha fatto circa 2 mesi fa l’intervento per cataratta, ma subito pochi giorni dopo ha iniziato a vedere male, e per questo è andata altre 2 volte a farsi visitare nuovamente dal dottore. Entrambe le volte il medico ha affermato di aver fatto un buon lavoro. Mia madre presa dallo sconforto, perché non vedeva bene, ha anche riferito al medico che questa condizione la portava a crisi d’ansia, e la sua risposta è stata di andare da uno psichiatra…. Detto questo, abbiamo deciso di fare una visita privata da un’altro specialista, e per fortuna!!!! A mia madre le è stato riscontrato in un occhio il distacco della retina, e nell’altro la ricomparsa della cataratta!!!! Esperienza negativa!!! Prenotata visita oculistica oltre 3 mesi fa per il 19/08... stamattina chiamano per chiederci di spostarla. Unica alternativa il 29/07...data che a noi non va bene. Chiediamo un' altra data ma la segretaria ci dice:"... o così o dovete ritornare alla CUP per una nuova prestazione". A me suona molto come : "il dottore se ne va in ferie...non sappiamo come fare...arrangiatevi". Complimenti a chi gestisce queste cose nella struttura. ....inoltre vedendo le recensioni sul reparto oculistico....meglio così. Trovato da un'altra parte. Bad organization and service. L'interessamento della sua assistente d.ssa Alessia sempre presente, è stato encomiabile. La struttura è tipica di anni 60/70, Esternamente è in condizioni accettabili e decorose, con funzionalità logistiche discrete e parcheggi esterni, internamente invece è funzionale e vivibile, Particolare importante: la chiamata al campanello dal letto dei degenti ha subito una risposta tramite citofono, che psicologicamente ha un effetto positivo sull'ammalato bisognoso di assistenza. Pulizia dei locali e ambienti innegabilmente positiva, e assistenza dei degenti anche allettati con decoro e dignità accompagnati da gentilezza e cordialità da parte del personale infermieristico e OSS. A tutte queste persone di cui alcune rammento i nomi, Lodovica, Martina, Jessica e soprattutto Denise che mi ha accolto e accettato il primo giorno del ricovero, un GRAZIE sentito. PS: per essere un ospedale, i pasti sono veramente buoni, sia come servizio e possibilità di scelta del menù ed erogazione - piatti e scodelle- sia come qualità di cucina. F	Franz Captain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ oggi sono stato fortunato, con la prenotazione USL visita cardiologica, sono capitato dal Dott Parollo Roberto, ho subito capito che era una persona competente, purtroppo anche lui come il Dott.Spinolo Luigi è della vecchia guardia e non possono durare in eterno a svolgere il proprio lavoro. Se beccate il cardiologo straniero, vi consiglio di andare ha pagamento da un altro cardiologo, dico questo non perchè sono razzista, questo va bene solo per farvi dare le medicine, incompetente all'ennesima potenza.
