T	Tizio sul tubo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno spedito qui da trapani dicendomi che sarei rimasto sordo a vita per una cavolata facendomi preoccupare per fortino mi sono ripreso dopo qualche giorno, la paura è stata forte per non parlare del fatto che ho chiesto cosa mi hanno dato nella flebo e non lo sapevano manco loro, aspettando tutta la notte alle 4 del mattino mi addormento e mi hanno detto la colpa "colpa sua che si è addormentato"rischiando di morire dissanguato e perdendo il turno... Mi hanno proposto una cura (nell'attesa non ho mangiato e dormito su una panchina seduto come un animale al freddo) che era drastica e molto potente e di fortuna poiché non avevano le attrezzature per curarmi e constatare se il problema c'era veramente, non solo il dottore incompetente ma anche gli infermieri che non sanno mettere una flebo, ma soprattutto sporchi... Manco disinfettano il braccio. Ovviamente non è riferito a tutti coloro che lavorano lì (ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare persone veramente empatiche e squisite), bensì mi riferisco a certi "infermieri", ed a certi "medici", che operano al pronto soccorso dell'area O.B.I., che hanno la tendenza a "farsi i fatti propri", magari a beffeggiarsi nel caso insistessi un po' per avere qualche briciola di notizia sacrosanta. Posso capire che questo ambiente lavorativo sia eccessivamente stressante, ma non dimentichiamo che i pazienti SOFFRONO!! It's a shame! Obviously it is not referring to everyone who works there (I was lucky enough to meet truly empathic and exquisite people), but I mean to certain "nurses", and to certain "doctors", who work in the emergency room of the OBI area, who have a tendency to "mind their own business", perhaps to mock themselves in case you insist a little on getting some crumbs of news sacrosanct. I can understand that this work environment is excessively stressful, but let's not forget that patients SUFFER !!

Dopo due giorni buttata su una lettiga del pronto soccorso ad aspettare una fantomatica gastroscopia il lunedi mattina arriviamo alle 9 in reparto dove aspettiamo il dottore caravello che si dedica dolcemente alla cura della propria madte per ben 6 ,ore.giustamente stanco alle15 decide di posticipare l esame richiesto per mia figlia digiuna da tre giorni Shamefully indecent I put a starlet because I can't put zero. M	Maria D'amico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 2 anni di ricoveri a villa Sofia x un calcolo renale dove non hanno risolto ...porto mia sorella finalmente al civico al pronto soccorso dove hanno provveduto immediatamente trovato il problema è risolto in una settimana. ..bravi...dottori troppo competenti....solo alcuni ambienti hanno poca igiene ma questo fa parte della sanità palermitana After 2 years of hospitalizations in villa Sofia x a kidney stone where they have not solved ... L	Laura Cappellano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia votazione si riferisce all'assetto organizzativo del RUP perché è assolutamente inadeguato, obsoleto, poiché basato su un'organizzazione di pagamento operato secondo modalità di attesa con turno in presenza, con conseguenti snervanti e infiniti tempi da attesa. Basterebbe attivare la modalità di pagamento online tramite il sistema di pagamento delle Pubbliche Amministrazioni PagoPa, che farebbe fate a questa struttura ospedaliera un sostanziale salto di qualità nell'era digitale odierna. A	Alfonso Hermes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give them a zero Star I would, the hygiene is horrifying and they killed my dad that went in for a simple gall bladder removal surgery!! After surgery we kept telling them he was extremely tired and sleepy but they kept saying it was the anesthesia. No it was the infection they gave him with the botched surgery!!! We finally took him in when he was falling asleep & stated he wasn't well & then they realized his infection they gave had spread, he died yesterday, (a week later). There needs to be more hygiene and care!
