★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofální zkušenost!!! Zaměstnanci jsou nevídaně arogantní, vůbec neakceptují objednávku přepravy a množství zboží, které se má dle objednávky nakládat.
Měl jsem na dodávku nakládat 4 věci, odvážel jsem jich 10.
Část věcí, co byly navíc, se ještě teprve vyráběla.
Když jsem řekl, že nic dalšího nakládat nebudu, byl obrovský problém! 3 hodiny čekání, telefonáty, dohadování a ve finále se ještě cítí dotčeni a uraženi, že se kurýr dovolil ozvat.
Odmítali vydat CMR a dokumenty k přepravě, dokud nedosáhli svého a nebylo vyrobeno a naloženo vše, co oni chtěli.
Nakládku na této firmě doporučuji každému, kdo se nudí, má rád čekání, je zvyklý na otřesné jednání nebo si chce nechat opravdu zvednout krevní tlak.
No katastrofa a hnus!!!
Catastrophic experience !!! The employees are unprecedentedly arrogant, they do not accept the order of transport and the amount of goods to be loaded according to the order.
I had to load 4 things on the van, I took 10 of them.
Some of the extra things were still in production.
When I said I wouldn't do anything else, it was a huge problem! 3 hours of waiting, phone calls, arguing and in the final he still feels touched and offended that the courier allowed himself to speak.
They refused to issue CMRs and documents for shipment until they reached their destination and everything they wanted was produced and loaded.
I recommend loading at this company to anyone who is bored, likes to wait, is used to horrible behavior or wants to really get their blood pressure up.
No disaster and disgust !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la mia esperienza con oscartielle è pessima dopo solo 4 anni di apertura il banco frigo presenta usura come se avesse lavorato 15 anni, viti arrugginite solo dopo qualche mese dall'installazione del banco ,i piedi Supporto banco presentano ruggine in stato talmente avanzato da pensare che il banco possa cadere .
La cosa più grave che mi dà problemi tutti i mesi, è che le ventole del banco di guastano CONTINUAMENTE,così da non poter lasciare la merce esposta.
Per me OSCARTIELLE È DA ZERO.
Unfortunately my experience with oscartielle is very bad after only 4 years of opening the refrigerated cabinet shows wear as if it had worked 15 years, rusty screws only a few months after installing the cabinet, the bench support feet have rust in such an advanced state to think that the bench could fall.
The most serious thing that gives me problems every month is that the fans of the counter fail CONTINUOUSLY, so that I cannot leave the goods on display.
For me OSCARTIELLE IS FROM ZERO.
