E	Elisa Giovannelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo scoperto questo servizio circa un mese prima della pandemia e ne eravamo talmente entusiasti da non aver più acquistato altrove e averla consigliata in lungo e in largo, ma purtroppo stiamo notando che la qualità dei prodotti e del servizio sta andando in malora... paradossalmente era decisamente migliore in piena pandemia, in cui immagino abbiano avuto una miriade di ordini! Per rendere l'idea, stamattina mi è arrivato un ordine di cui metà sarebbe stato da rimandarla indietro: innanzitutto abbiamo ordinato i pomodori pendolini e sono arrivati quelli a grappolo (che non ci piacciono granché) senza nemmeno chiedere se volevamo altro in sostituzione, però ok, ce li mangeremo lo stesso, il finocchio tutto ammaccato, MA SOPRATTUTTO SONO ARRIVATI 4,20 EURO DI CIME DI RAPA PRATICAMENTE DA BUTTARE, non so, avranno una settimana!! Le poche foglie presenti sono appassite, per il resto è tutto gambi e cespuglietti fioriti, difatti sono state tagliate tutte le punte.. senza contare che non sono assolutamente 1,5 kg. Non so, siamo rimasti molto delusi sinceramente, la scorsa volta pure, i pomodori erano tutti ammaccati quindi abbiamo dovuto mangiarli subito, però pensavamo fosse un caso isolato! Sarà il nostro ultimo ordine, peccato. We discovered this service about a month before the pandemic and we were so enthusiastic about it that we no longer purchased elsewhere and recommended it far and wide, but unfortunately we are noticing that the quality of the products and the service is going down the drain ... paradoxically it was much better in the middle of the pandemic, in which I imagine they had a myriad of orders! To give an idea, this morning I received an order of which half would have been to send it back: first we ordered the pendolino tomatoes and the bunch tomatoes arrived (which we don't like very much) without even asking if we wanted more in replacement, however ok, we will eat them all the same, the fennel all dented, BUT ABOVE ALL 4.20 EUROS OF TURNAPLES HAVE ARRIVED PRACTICALLY TO THROW, I don't know, they will have a week !! The few leaves present are wilted, for the rest it is all stems and flowering bushes, in fact all the tips have been cut .. not to mention that they are absolutely 1.5 kg. I don't know, we were very disappointed sincerely, last time as well, the tomatoes were all dented so we had to eat them immediately, but we thought it was an isolated case! It will be our last order, too bad.
