Personale competente e professionale, sempre disponibile e cortese, atmosfera famigliare, negozio accessibile anche con carrozzina elettrica di grandi dimensioni come la mia e ampi spazi per le prove di qualunque tipo di ausilio, dalla protesi alla carrozzina elettrica. Ottima e veloce anche la comunicazione in caso di prescrizione, fra negozio cliente e distretto sanitario. Ottimo I have been attending this orthopedics for more than a year and among all the ones I have shot in 18 years as a quadriplegic it is certainly the best. Competent and professional staff, always available and courteous, family atmosphere, shop accessible even with large electric wheelchairs like mine and ample space for testing any type of aid, from prostheses to electric wheelchairs. Communication is also excellent and fast in the event of a prescription, between the customer shop and the healthcare district. Great

Mi hanno "salvato" quando altri negozi mi hanno letteralmente rifiutati. Sono onesti, precisi ed empatici. PS. A differenza da quanto detto da un altro recensore, il negozio è perfettamente accessibile. Non vorrei che la persona si sia confusa con il corso di danza accanto...... I am disabled and use a motorized wheelchair. I have been relying on the enormous availability and competence of Ortopedia Tirelli for years. They "saved" me when other shops literally turned me down. They are honest, accurate and empathetic. PS. Unlike what another reviewer said, the shop is perfectly accessible. I wouldn't want the person to get confused with the dance class next door ......

No comment... --- Aggiornamento di giugno 2021: la barriera architettonica sul marciapiede è stata rimossa da tempo ed ora il negozio è accessibile. Rimane solo la difficoltà di dover aprire la porta di ingresso (a tirare e non a spingere) in un angusto angolino completo di tappeto incassato, per chi sta in carrozzina è estremamente scomodo. Comunque il servizio è ottimo e il personale è competente e disponibile. A handicapped goods shop that is inaccessible to the disabled. Difficilissima se nn impossibile la comunicazione tra tecnici e varie problematiche per le forniture di protesi e accessori... Dopo svariati anni di problemi ho dovuto interrompere i rapporti perché mi stavano mettendo in difficoltà non fornendomi i materiali di scorta e in tempi a dir poco biblici.... Se potessi mettere 0 stelle lo farei!! I started their first time 8 years ago, initially very good .... After 8 years ...
