Mi ero in precedenza rivolto ad un altro Studio e negozio di servizi ortopedici, ma, in seguito a ritardi "burocratici" e disfunzionalità organizzative che mi hanno fatto perdere tempo e pazienza, mi sono rivolto a Studio Pedis su consiglio di una Fisiatra e di un impiegato amministrativo. Nello Studio Pedis ho trovato un ottimo staff, in primis Stefano Torresan, una perfetta organizzazione sia tecnica che organizzativa, con tempi di prove e di consegna del prodotto richiesto molto soddisfacenti. Il responsabile dello studio thienese è sempre stato prodigo di consigli correttissimi espressi con rassicurante tranquillità e con "teutonica" precisione. Non penso che cambierò Studio in futuro e potrei consigliare a chiunque avesse necessità di rivolgersi allo Studio Pedis. I had previously turned to another office and orthopedic service shop, but, following "bureaucratic" delays and organizational dysfunctions that made me waste time and patience, I turned to Studio Pedis on the advice of a Physiatrist and a clerk. In Studio Pedis I found an excellent staff, first of all Stefano Torresan, a perfect technical and organizational organization, with very satisfactory testing and delivery times for the requested product. The manager of the Thienese studio has always been generous with the most correct advice expressed with reassuring tranquility and "Teutonic" precision. I don't think I will change Studio in the future and I could recommend anyone who needs to contact Studio Pedis.

Abbiamo trovato in Diego e nel suo staff un supporto tecnico decisamente preparato, che sa spiegare bene e in modo chiaro all'utente (cosa che purtroppo non ho trovato da altre parti), e ci si sente realmente seguiti. A questo si unisce la piena disponibilità a chiarire i dubbi e a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente, anche dopo aver concluso il lavoro per cui ci eravamo rivolti.
