Ho trovato empatia, professionalità, competenza, gentilezza e disponibilità. Tali qualità non seguono un ordine di priorità: sono state tutte ugualmente importanti e concatenate tra di loro. Il proprietario è una persona splendida e probabilmente di un garbo "antico" al quale non siamo più abituati. Andate e non ve ne pentirete! Non sono in grado di fare miracoli ma tutto quello che è possibile ed un "poco di più" lo faranno! I got to know this health care provider in an emotionally and logistically very complicated moment. I found empathy, professionalism, competence, kindness and availability. These qualities do not follow an order of priority: they were all equally important and linked together. The owner is a splendid person and probably of an "ancient" grace to which we are no longer used. Go and you will not regret it! They are not able to work miracles but everything that is possible and a "little more" will do it!

Ernesto and his sister helped me to find a much more suitable and better one than I got in Germany where I got my first one. On top of that Ernesto referred me to a doctor to treat my tendinitis where I got an appointment on the same day. That was at a point where I have been trying to find a doctor for days (very poor Italian). Thanks again, you were true life savers!
