M	Mario Salvan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza in occasione dell'acquisto di un paio di calze anti TVP per intervento di atroprotesi al ginocchio che il commesso ha fornito di tipo non esattamente corrispondente a quello richiesto, senza far comprendere e/o mostrare chiaramente il contenuto della confezione (che viene venduta sigillata e non ispezionabile) in modo tale da permettere la scelta più idonea. Verificato che l'acquisto non corrispondeva a quanto richiesto, esibendo la prescrizione medica dell’ospedale, si è tentato di chiedere la sostituzione o un rimborso alternativo che veniva negato dal personale al banco che manteneva un atteggiamento indisponibile, intransigente e al limite dell’ostilita’ e che inoltre, con toni secchi e sostenuti continuava a non riconoscere l'errore e, anzi, con il pretesto di dover comprendere, esigeva una controverifica telefonica delle informazioni fornite mettendone cosí in dubbio la veridicita'. Le successive pretestuose argomentazioni dei commessi e una telefonata con la loro respnsabile, non hanno comunque permesso di accettare alcuna risoluzione di questa controversia vista la sensazione di svilimento personale e inutilita' di dialogo con questa azienda. Lascio al lettore ogni giudizio, per quanto mi riguarda negozio da evitare e se fosse possibile assegnerei 0 stelle di merito.
