Sono tornata per cambiarlo e mi hanno detto che non potevano farlo, nonostante ciò ho riprovato l'articolo di fronte alla commessa e ho finito per rovinarlo a furia di tentare di farlo andar bene. Uscita dal camerino si era subito messa a servire un altro cliente e non mi ha nemmeno chiesto se volevo acquistare un prodotto più corretto. Me ne sono andata, proverò da un rivenditore più professionale.
They sold me an item, tried it at home and it turned out to be too short and therefore unusable. I went back to change it and they told me they couldn't do it, nevertheless I tried the article again in front of the saleswoman and I ended up ruining it by dint of trying to make it fit. Leaving the dressing room she immediately started serving another customer and she didn't even ask me if I wanted to buy a more correct product. I left, will try from a more professional dealer.
