★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che abito a circa 20 minuti di macchina dall'ortopedia, vado a fare la visita per i plantari, mi dicono che sono pronti per venerdi pomeriggio, chiedo se posso venire a qualsiasi ora del pomeriggio e mi assicurano di si e lascio il mio recapito telefonico. Vado venerdi pomeriggio a ritirare i plantari alle 16.30 e i plantari non sono pronti dicendomi di passare il sabato mattina... rispondo che possono tenerseli soprattutto perchè avendo lasciato il mio recapito potevano avvertire.
I state that I live about 20 minutes by car from the orthopedics, I go to visit the orthotics, they tell me they are ready by Friday afternoon, I ask if I can come at any time of the afternoon and they assure me of it and I leave my address telephone. I go Friday afternoon to pick up the orthotics at 16.30 and the orthotics are not ready telling me to go on Saturday morning ... I answer that they can keep them especially because having left my address they could warn.
