Volevo condividere con voi la nostra bruttura esperienza in questa ortopedia.
A causa di una frattura ad una clavicola il pronto soccorso e ortopedico hanno prescritto un tutore per clavicola
Ci siamo quindi recati in totale fiducia e buona fede nell'Ortopedia Romanò acquistando l'articolo.
Trascorsa una settimana l'ortopedico e il medico hanno riscontrato ne tutore un problema sulla misura, considerandolo completamente fuori misura (troppo grande). "Il dubbio che ci volessero rifilare l'ultimo rimasto in negozio è un nostro pensiero costante..."
Il personale medico ci ha quindi invitato a presentarci nel negozio pretendendo quanto meno una sostituzione....
La risposta dell'Ortopedia è stata negativa, non è stato concesso nessun reso ! Nonostante il parere espresso dal medico e dall'ortopedico.
Per risolvere il problema l'ortopedia ha proposto una riparazione "fai da te" in negozio, proposta alquanto bizzarra visto che si tratterebbe di modificare in "fai da te" un presidio medico brevettato.....
Sconcertati dall'accaduto abbiamo desistito....

I wanted to share with you our bad experience in this orthopedics.
Due to a fractured collarbone the emergency room and orthopedist prescribed a clavicle brace
We therefore went in total trust and good faith in the Orthopedics Romanò by purchasing the article.
After a week, the orthopedist and the doctor found a guardian of a measurement problem, considering it completely out of size (too large). "The doubt that they wanted to trim the last one left in the store is a constant thought of ours ..."
The medical staff then invited us to present ourselves in the store, demanding at least a replacement.
The orthopedic response was negative, no return was granted! Despite the opinion expressed by the doctor and the orthopedist.
To solve the problem, the orthopedics has proposed a "do it yourself" repair in the shop, a rather bizarre proposal given that it would be a matter of modifying a patented medical unit into "do it yourself" .....
Baffled by what happened we gave up ...
