★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Il tecnico è stato sgarbato e polemico quando ho telefonato per chiedere se avevano un tutor per una frattura alla spalla. Ho letto la diagnosi dell'ortopedico e ho detto che il tutor era stato prescritto. Ma pretendeva il numero di telefono dell'ortopedico e implicitamente i dati personali del paziente!! Lo sconsiglio vivamente!!!
Very bad experience. The technician was rude and argumentative when I phoned to ask if they had a tutor for a shoulder fracture. I read the orthopedist's diagnosis and said the tutor was prescribed. But he demanded the orthopedic phone number and implicitly the patient's personal data !! I strongly advise against it !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cortese e disponibile,oltre che preparato. Ampia disponibilità degli articoli: ausili ortesi calze etc. I plantari vengono realizzati e adeguati direttamente in sede. È possibile fare in sede la visita baropodometrica (struttura adiacente il negozio all'interno della Galleria Vanvitelli). Costi ragionevoli.

Ho preso appuntamento presso il negozio di via Kerbaker per un esame barodopomedrico alle 10,00 di mattina. Alle 10.45 il tecnico operatore ancora doveva presentarsi all'appuntamento. Non mi sembra nè serio nè corretto. Delle due signore addette al negozio, solo una delle due mi ha chiesto scusa, l'altra si limitava a dire che il tecnico portava un pò di ritardo, quasi fossi io la pazza che non aspettava tutta la mattinata un tecnico poco educato, che tra l'altro poteva anche, ove mai sia arrivato, almeno fare una telefonata di scuse.
Tra l''altro per questo esame mi hanno chiesto €60, a tutti gli altri centri cui ho telefonato il prezzo si aggira tra 40/50 €. Ho fatto esame e plantare 100 metri più avanti per € 40 con persone gentili e puntuali.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT IN THE MOST ABSOLUTE WAY !!!!

prezzo e poi quando vai ritirare e a pagare il prezzo è raddoppiato scusandosi che avevano capito male. comunque rifare un paio di plantari senza visita baropodometrica 120 euro
