 Professionalism & courtesy The rooms where visits are made are well cleaned, the only flaw in place of the door is a curtain that is almost never pulled, letting other people leak your problems zero privacy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il dottore che aveva prescritto ausilio aveva chiesto di poter fare il collaudo del corsetto. Nonostante l'abbia fatto notare per le 3 volte che sono andato presso l'ortopedia nessuno poteva fornirmi il numero telefonico dl dottore (visita a pagamento prenotata con CUP). Sommata ai 2 mesi che ausili Pistoia mi ha fatto aspettare per avere l'autorizzazione. Ora son stato costretto a prendere l'appuntamento col CUP (solo per il collaudo) e devo aspettare altri 15 giorni. Chiaramente chi non ne ha bisogno non puo' capire che non è per i 25 euro richiesti dal Cup
The doctor who had prescribed the aid had asked to be able to test the brace. Added to the 2 months that you help Pistoia made me wait for authorization. Now I have been forced to make an appointment with the CUP (only for testing) and I have to wait another 15 days. Clearly those who do not need it cannot understand that it is not for the 25 euros required by the Cup
