Mi dicono che nel negozio, tra l'altro di enormi dimensioni, non li tengono e mi indirizzano al loro negozio di via Aquileia.
Peccato che la commessa si sia dimenticata di dirmi che la sede di via Aquileia di lunedì e chiusa...
Strano metodo di tenere alcuni articoli in una sede e altri nell'altra. Molto comodo per i clienti.
I go to the office in via Buttrio to buy a pair of gel insoles for work shoes.
They tell me that they don't keep them in the shop, which is enormously large, and they direct me to their shop in via Aquileia.
Too bad the saleswoman forgot to tell me that the office in via Aquileia is closed on Mondays ...
Strange method of keeping some items in one location and others in the other. Very convenient for customers.

Io sono andata per mio figlio e devo ammettere che il ragazzo che gli è stato dietro per la richiesta è stato super gentile. Ha risposto a tutte le mie perplessità in modo esaustivo
It has never happened to me to go to Porzio, honestly I have nothing to say. All very polite, available. I went for my son and I have to admit that the guy who was after him for the request was super nice. He answered all my doubts in an exhaustive way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi! Completamente inaffidabili!! 8 mesi x un paio di scarpe che ancora stiamo aspettando!! Mille telefonate e mai richiamato. Mille corse a vuoto con l'ultima ennesima promessa di 2 settimane fà che ci avrebbero consegnato le scarpe prima di chiudere per le attuali ferie di Agosto. ... Mai piu sentiti.... Oggi siamo tornati di persona per la decima volta a vedere perché ANCORA nulla si muoveva e abbiamo trovato tutto CHIUSO PER FERIE!!! Questo si chiama PRENDERE IN GIRO LA GENTE!! SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE!!!
Bad! Completely unreliable !! 8 months for a pair of shoes that we are still waiting for !! A thousand phone calls and never called back. A thousand empty runs with the latest promise of 2 weeks ago that they would have delivered the shoes before closing for the current August holidays. ... Never heard again .... Today we went back in person for the tenth time to see why STILL nothing moved and we found everything CLOSED FOR HOLIDAYS !!! This is called TAKING AROUND PEOPLE !! I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND !!!
