★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale sgarbatissimo e poco preparato. Il signore in particolare sgarbatissimo si è permesso di alzare anche la voce. Dovrebbe scegliere un lavoro dove non deve avere a che fare col il pubblico. Sconsigliatissima.
 Staff very rude and unprepared. The gentleman in particular very rude even allowed himself to raise his voice. He should choose a job where he doesn't have to deal with the public. Highly not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ragazza all'ingresso cortese e disponibile il signore al piano inferiore scortese e insofferente ! per confutare la risposta del proprietario alla mia recensione affermo di essere un vostro cliente e cio' mi fa pensare che non vi ricordiate neppure dei clienti recenti. Ho comprato un deambulatore ,una sedia a rotelle e fatto una pratica ADI a nome di mia madre! e tutto questo pochi giorni fa ! sono venuto l'ultima volta anche con mia moglie e l'impiegato del piano inferiore ad alcume mie richieste di chiarimenti sul collaudo e' stato scortese e poco disponibile tanto che anche mia moglie ha percepito che fosse visibilmente irritato. Dopo aver fatto il collaudo dei presidi vi rimandero' il modulo firmato dall'ortopedico con raccomandata AR al fine di evitare di tornare nel vostro negozio !!

I bought a walker, a wheelchair and did an ADI file in my mother's name! and all this a few days ago! I also came last time with my wife and the clerk of the lower floor to some of my requests for clarification on the testing and he was rude and not very helpful, so much so that my wife also perceived that he was visibly irritated. After having tested the aids, I will send you the form signed by the orthopedist with registered letter with return receipt in order to avoid returning to your shop !!

Da anni io e la mia famiglia ci rivolgiamo a loro per l'acquisto dei prodotti più vari. Al banco troverete una ragazza che saprà consigliarvi le calze più adatte a voi (post operatorie, collant a compressione graduata etc.) E le scarpe più confortevoli. Non soltanto, l'assistenza dei tecnici ortopedici è stata fondamentale per la riabilitazione post operatoria di mia madre, la quale è stata seguita assiduamente durante il suo difficile percorso di fisioterapia. Sono stati molto bravi a comprendere le sue esigenze e di volta in volta le hanno consigliato i dispositivi più adatti. Consiglio vivamente di affidarvi a questi professionisti.

Not only that, the assistance of the orthopedic technicians was fundamental for my mother's post-operative rehabilitation, who was followed assiduously during her difficult path of physiotherapy. They were very good at understanding her needs and from time to time they recommended the most suitable devices. I highly recommend that you rely on these professionals.

La ragazza al piano di sopra è molto gentile e cortese, non si può dire lo stesso di chi sta al -1 e a quanto leggo è un’opinione diffusa.
In breve, affitto venerdì 29 aprile una sedia a rotelle per 1 mese ma fortunatamente dopo appena 6 giorni non ne ho più bisogno, quindi mi reco in loco oggi 4 maggio per restituirla (cortesia per fare in modo che la stessa azienda potesse riaffittarla anche lo stesso giorno).
Chiedo sommessamente se in questi casi può esserci una piccola restituzione visto il pochissimo utilizzo e mi si risponde testualmente: assolutamente no, per me può anche riportarsela indietro.
Penso che l’attenzione per il cliente che ha scelto voi su tanti altri vorrebbe un minimo di tatto e in caso un diniego, che non comprendo ma rispetto, con modi e toni totalmente diversi da quelli mostrati.
Ovviamente mai più in vita mia e sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque.

In short, I rent a wheelchair for 1 month on Friday 29 April but fortunately after just 6 days I no longer need it, so I go there today 4 May to return it (courtesy to make sure that the same company could also rent it again. same day).
I softly ask if in these cases there may be a small refund given the very little use and the answer is verbatim: absolutely not, for me it can also bring it back.
I think that the attention for the customer who has chosen you over many others would require a minimum of tact and in case a denial, which I do not understand but respect, with totally different ways and tones from those shown.
Obviously never again in my life and I strongly advise against anyone.
