Sono andato da loro perché ad un mio parente serviva un tutore per il braccio e dato che non lo avevano a in negozio si sono messi subito a disposizione ordinandolo, il prodotto è arrivato qualche giorno dopo in maniera repentina, quando è arrivato il titolare prima di consegnarlo ha aperto il pacco dinanzi a me per assicurarsi che il prodotto fosse in ottime condizioni e che non mancassero nulla. Consiglio a chi ne abbia bisogno di recarsi da loro perché troveranno persone che cercano di risolvere il problema in maniera repentina e cordiale. Sbagliano misura di scarpe ortopediche e non riescono ad ammettere il proprio errore, tantomeno a provare di scusarsi. Mi hanno rifilato un paio di scarpe inutilizzabili Unreliable. Avendo subito una lussazione alla spalla, da operare ad inizio settimana, l'ortopedico mi ha chiesto di comprare un tutore di spalla da indossare dopo l'intervento chirurgico.Recatomi in negozio ne ho comprato uno suggerito da lui stesso al costo di 90,00 euro! Ma l'ortopedico solo a vederlo, nemmeno aprendo lo scatolo ha detto che non era adatto, e quindi di farmelo sostituire! Tornato in negozio il titolare ha rifiutato la sostituzione, nonostante lo scatolo fosse ancora sigillato. Ha rifiutato anche lo scambio con un altro modello che costava la metá, che avrei scambiato alla pari, senza chiedere la differenza. Davvero una persona scorretta, scortese, e poco onestà!
