Acquistato due pacchetti con l' offerta too good to go(si comprano la mattina dei pacchetti da ritirare la sera per evitare lo spreco alimentare )ero già partita da casa per andare a ritirarli visto che non stavo dietro l' angolo....senza neppure una telefonata mi ritrovo agli ordini annullati neppure un ora prima della consegna!alla mia domanda del perché mi viene detto che aveva venduto tutto durante il giorno....servizio veramente da rivedere
PS in risposta alla sua, le comunico che io ho letto le condizioni, forse non lo ha fatto lei visto che c'è espressamente indicato la tempistica massima in cui il negoziante può annullare e ovviamente non sono 30 minuti prima..... La invito a leggerlo, buona lettura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato su TooGoodToGo e dopo aver pagato è stato annullato l'ordine dopo poco....se non avete merce non mettete la possibilità di acquistare!!!! Create un disagio al cliente!!! Che è costretto a pagare e riavere soldi dopo 10gg!!!

La ringrazio per la risposta ma non riesco a capire perchè lei metta così in anticipo la disponibilità se non è sicuro di avere una rimanenza...l'app non mette blocchi ma lo spirito con cui è nata, la logica e la correttezza nei confronti del cliente che paga in anticipo sarebbe quella di pubblicare solo quando si è "quasi " certi di avere una rimanenza e non far procedere con la prenotazione dell''ordine e farlo PAGARE!!!!!!....visto che lei scrive che vuole aiutare le persone....non le aiuta a pagare e poi riavere soldi anche dopo 10 giorni.....

Thank you for your reply but I can't understand why you put the availability so in advance if you are not sure you have a balance ... the app does not block but the spirit with which it was born, the logic and fairness towards of the customer who pays in advance would be to publish only when you are "almost" certain of having a remainder and not to proceed with the booking of the order and make it PAY !!!!!! .... since she writes who wants to help people .... does not help them to pay and then get money back even after 10 days .....
