Potessi tornare indietro sceglierei Ticchioni 100volte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo esserci recati presso l'esposizione a Torre Matigge ed avere scelto dei prodotti, pavimento, rivestimento, sanitari e rubinetterie, si è proceduto ad accettare il preventivo inviatoci con relativo pagamento di acconto (29/09/20). In seguito, dopo nostra richiesta ci viene inviata una mail con la notizia che il nostro materiale era interamente disponibile. A questo punto chiediamo quando poterlo ritirare e ci viene detto che prima del ritiro bisognava saldare. Benissimo, saldo effettuato (01/12/20). Ci accordiamo per il ritiro della merce, recandoci nel nuovo magazzino. A questo punto, effettuiamo un carico di parte della merce (17/12/20) e torniamo il giorno seguente (18/12/20) per prendere ciò che rimaneva. A questo punto ci viene detto che la merce non è tutta disponibile, ma mancano dei prodotti (ordinati e pagati in anticipo), Alla cassa ci dicono che i prodotti arriveranno con l'anno nuovo! Penso che qualcosa non torni sopratutto perché hanno voluto i soldi in anticipo e la merce??? Quando si fanno ordini con ditte importanti come questa ci si aspetta di sicuro più serietà!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi superiori alla media, mancanza di coordinamento fra venditori ed ufficio preposto ai pagamenti che mi hanno creato problemi al momento del ritiro della merce. Spero che almeno i prodotti siano all'altezza del prezzo! Dopo quanto avvenuto, non lo consiglierei.
Prices above average, lack of coordination between sellers and the payment office that created problems for me when I collected the goods. Hope at least the products live up to the price! After what happened, I wouldn't recommend it.

Nel nostro caso, rifacimento di 2 bagni, i prezzi sono risultati più bassi rispetto alla concorrenza di zona. Le tempistiche di consegna sono state rispettate e tutto è risultato in linea con le nostre aspettative
