Ho l'assicurazione Unisalute e quindi devo pagare tutto di piu, solo perché ho Unisalute e non posso scegliere di non usarla... Mai sentito una cosa simile... Personale all'accoglienza arrogante e maleducato. Prezzi esagerati. Mi dispiace a volte basta poco per tenersi il cliente... Absurd policies in this dental practice. m	muzio scevola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gentilezza e la cortesia all'entrata, LA PULIZIA(!!!!!!!!) ovunque, la meticolosità nel far bene professionalmente parlando, anche nei dettagli, ciò che in altri studi francamente non ho visto, la tranquillità che trasmette tutto lo staff medico ed assistenti vari, dopo tanti anni mi ha dato il coraggio di pensare seriamente ad una sistemazione definitiva della mia "salle a' manger"....ad ottobre naturalmente.... Il dottor Orsini è l' artefice di un punto di riferimento medico/dentistico dove non si entra a capo chino ma bensì tranquilli e certi che comunque c'è lui ed il suo staff. "Mala tempora currunt"...denti rovinati, torna il sorriso! Dente devitalizzato dolente, in altro studio, faccio presente che è un caso NON semplice; risposta: potrebbe essere tutto o niente e mi chiedono Con Beam (che riferisco essere perfetta perché già fatta da poco). Morale, 50 euro persi per NON avere diagnosi (e che io stsso avevo suggerito al dottore durante la visita). Dovrò quindi a breve riaprire il dente, anche se lui era contrario (ma non mi ha proposto soluzioni, se non tenermi il dolore). Peccato, avevo sentito parlare bene di questo studio, ma con me hanno fallito, essendo vaghi e superficiali. A parte la gentilezza della signora Felicia che ga capito,subito la gravità della mia situazione,sono stati tutti cordiali e professionali. Il dottore ,poi,è di una bravura unica,mentre lavora ti parla e non ti fa accorgere di nulla,ti tranquillizza e,anche una come me che ha fifa del dentusta,si sente a suo agio. Andiamo li da quasi tre mesi, non abbiamo ancora conosciuto il Dottor Orsini, ma ci siamo trovati benissimo fin dal primo appuntamento. Per la nostra esperienza, è uno studio consigliatissimo. Entrambe le signore alla reception, molto carine, educate e cordiali con i pazienti, sia grandi che piccoli. Molto apprezzato anche tutto il resto dello staff dei dottori. Promosso.
