Scala di legno per salire e scala di ferro per scendere. Non è poi così difficile come lo descrivono...? A beautiful discovery a stone's throw from home. V	Vittorio Zanoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'orrido di Caino, è una gola impressionante, anni fa con un gruppo di amici abbiamo avuto l'incoscienza di inoltrarci al suo interno, esperienza unica e da non ripetere, per la pericolosità e perché ora è assolutamente vietato l'ingresso. E' formato da una serie di toboga e piccoli laghetti e guardando all'insù si intravede appena il cielo attraverso la stretta gola del Canyon. All'esterno una passerella lo scavalca unendo le due scale, quella di legno e quella di ferro. The ravine of Cain is an impressive gorge, years ago with a group of friends we had the unconsciousness to go inside, a unique experience not to be repeated, due to the danger and because now the entrance is absolutely forbidden. It is formed by a series of toboggans and small lakes and looking upwards you can barely see the sky through the narrow canyon of the Canyon. Sicuramente con scarpe adeguate avremmo fatto meno fatica, no come noi che siamo andati all avventura con semplici scarpe da ginnastica ?. Si cammina lungo il sentiero in mezzo alla natura tra farfalle che svolazzano attirare da questi fiori di un intenso viola della butleia flores e dal rumore in lontananza dello scorrere dell acqua. Proseguendo si arriva a una piccola cascatella molto suggestiva dove ci siamo potuti rinfrescare i piedi nell acqua freddissima. Riprendendo il cammino anche qui molto bello ci siamo ritrovati davanti all Orrido che x poter vederlo da vicino ci siamo arrampicati su una passerella di ferro. Cmq possiamo dire di aver trascorso una bella giornata stancante ma rigenerante??. Very nice experience but so tiring xo 'nor worth it. Surely with appropriate shoes we would have made less effort, no like us who went on an adventure with simple sneakers ?. You walk along the path in the middle of nature among butterflies that flutter attracted by these intense purple flowers of the butleia flores and by the sound of the flowing water in the distance. Continuing we arrive at a very suggestive small waterfall where we were able to refresh our feet in the very cold water. Resuming the path again very beautiful here we found ourselves in front of the Orrido that x being able to see it up close we climbed an iron walkway. Anyway we can say that we spent a beautiful day, tiring but regenerating??.
M	Max Brux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piacevole passeggiata in val Bova dove a circa metà valle si trova l'orrido di caino ! Suggestivo canyon di medio piccole dimensioni ma affascinate allo stesso tempo! Ideale x una gita pomeridiana ! L'orrido è collegato da entrambi i lati da una scala di legno sul versante dx orografico e da una scala di ferro sul versante sx sempre ortografico ! Diverse catene o parapetti agevolano in sicurezza il percorso! Purtroppo è una zona sempre umida e quindi scivolosa! Prestare attenzione! D	Dante Consonni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Risalendo la Val Bova nel parco omonimo, si parte da Crevenna. Ho parcheggiato presso il cimitero, posteggio senza limiti e senza pagare. Però c'è da fare un ripida salita per raggiungere poi la comoda strada sterrata che costeggia il torrente . Dopo circa 2,5 km si arriva al ponticello sul torrente Bova, dove ci si entra nel alveolo del torrente se non c'è troppo acqua. Poi salire dei gradini in cemento che porta alla passarelle di ferro. Questa costeggia il torrente fino al'inizio vero e proprio dell'orrido di Caino. Si sale su una scaletta in ferro e ci si addentra. Sempre se non c'è troppo acqua. La camminata fino all'orrido è piacevole e senza difficoltà adatta anche ai bambini. Si può evitare la breve ma ripida salita iniziale se si trova parcheggio direttamente in località Cà Nova. Cartelli indicatori per Ponte di Legno (o romano) per Orrido e per le scale ben evidenziati Going up the Val Bova in the park of the same name, we start from Crevenna. I	Ivan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sentiero non impegnativo e adatto anche ai bambini se si fa il diretto .Se si prende il sentiero delle scale di legno e di ferro da evitare con i bambini. Nel ritorno si può.passare anche dall'eremo di San Salvatore, e si passa vicino anche al ristorante Il Glicine che ha una bella terrazza all'ombra di un Glicine ,sarà una bella sosta in primavera durante la fioritura. Chi soffre molto di vertigini, meglio evitare. Ho fatto un giro di 3 ore: parcheggio - scala di ferro - alpe vicerè - buco del piombo - ponte romano - parcheggio.
