Seconda esperienza 20 aprile 2021 su un Tag Heuer, servizio impeccabile, riparazione corona ad un prezzo veramente modesto. Orologio revisionato da casa madre meno di un anno fa, garantito due anni, costo 480 euro, dopo nemmeno un anno corona non si avvitava fino in fondo, quindi a rischio infiltrazione acqua ed esteticamente brutto a vedersi,ma casa madre non mi riconosceva la garanzia in quanto sosteneva che una mia manovra errata aveva causato una sbanatura del sistema di aggancio tra corona e foro cassa e chiedeva 100 euro e tempi 4 mesi. Per cui ho ritirato spedizione e mi sono rivolto a Rossiwatchmaker, individuato immediatamente difetto, peraltro diverso da quello preventivato dalla Tag Hueur,riparato e lucidato in due giorni CONSIGLIATISSIMO Excellent service on two 1960s watches .... a manual-winding Breitling and automatic Tissot .... highly recommended ... impeccable work .... and a very helpful person. Second experience April 20, 2021 on a Tag Heuer, impeccable service, crown repair at a very modest price. Watch overhauled by the parent company less than a year ago, guaranteed for two years, cost 480 euros, after less than a year the crown did not screw all the way down, therefore at risk of water infiltration and aesthetically ugly to look at, but the parent company did not recognize the guarantee. as he claimed that my wrong maneuver had caused a stripping of the coupling system between the crown and the case hole and asked for 100 euros and a time frame of 4 months. So I collected the shipment and turned to Rossiwatchmaker, immediately identified a defect, however different from that estimated by the Tag Hueur, repaired and polished in two days HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Ha "resuscitato" e restaurato un vecchio orologio da polso in oro appartenuto a mio nonno facendolo tornare praticamente nuovo e perfettamente funzionante. Le foto del restauro parlano da sole. Assolutamente da consultare per orologi antichi, ma non solo. Soddisfattissimo del lavoro. Professionalism, but above all availability, kindness and knowledge of the ancient watchmaking art. Investito più volte di revisioni periodiche che presso il concessionario Rolex sarebbero venute almeno il triplo. Davvero soddisfatto. A mio parere erano anni che Salerno non aveva un vero esperto orologiaio. A true craftsman. Very professional and reliable. Particularly competent with valuable watches, such as Rolexes. Mi ha revisionato un longines d’epoca e sistemato un baume e Mercier segnalando in maniera attenta tutti i passaggi e le riparazioni effettuate . Consigliatissimo ! a mix of passion and professionalism. He overhauled a vintage Longines for me and fixed a baume and Mercier, carefully reporting all the steps and repairs made. Highly recommended!

Affidabilità, serietà, competenza, tutte qualità che senza dubbio lo distinguono dagli altri! Posso dire, invece, che lui è la persona giusta, esperta e davvero preparata in materia. I could say, that he does his job well, that there is nothing to complain about .. but all this is an understatement in relation to the fact that Rossi-watchmaker combines professionalism with passion. Reliability, seriousness, competence, all qualities that undoubtedly distinguish it from the others! I can say, instead, that he is the right person, expert and really prepared on the subject.
