Appena aperto l'orologio e inserita la batteria nuova mi è stato detto: "L'orologio è rotto". Portato lo stesso orologio presso un'altra attività commerciale mi é stata sostituita la batteria subito e l'orologio era perfettamente funzionante. Worn a watch that I state has never fallen and has never suffered shocks for a simple battery change. As soon as I opened the clock and inserted the new battery I was told: "The clock is broken". I took the same watch to another business and the battery was replaced immediately and the watch was in perfect working order.

Stacco dal lavoro e di corsa in orario pausa corro al negozio per una riparazione a un cinturino di un'orologio. Leggo che apre alle 14, ma, dopo quasi un'ora di attesa, il proprietario non si vede. Faccio per andar via e arriva; credo si chiami Lorenzo. Be', non vi sto a raccontare il mio imbarazzo che si scontra piacevolmente con una persona educata.Si è scusato per il ritardo, ho ricevuto anche uno sconto sull'intervento senza che io l'avessi chiesto. Questo solo per farvi capire che la mia arrabbiatura per l'attesa, in un attimo è sparita di fronte a una persona sensibile ,educata e rispettosa del prossimo. Ce ne fossero di commercianti così! L	Loredana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato giovedì scorso il mio cellulare Alcatel a riparare in questo negozio su consiglio di un altro centro dove mi recavo ogni qualvolta mi si rompeva il computer o altro che adesso non offre più questo servizio giacché nel tentativo di aprire lo slot della sim per inserirla nel nuovo dispositivo l'ho danneggiato,l'ho ritirato oggi senza perdere nessun dato,(era quella la mia maggior preoccupazione).A parte una banale incomprensione verificatasi a causa mia è stata una esperienza più che positiva,il proprietario,un ragazzo è molto professionale e disponibile così come i collaboratori,sicuramente ci tornerò. è molto simpatico,professionale e disponibil Last Thursday I took my Alcatel mobile phone to be repaired in this shop on the advice of another center where I went whenever my computer broke or something that now no longer offers this service since in an attempt to open the sim slot to insert it into the new device I damaged it, I withdrew it today without losing any data, (that was my main concern). more than positive experience, the owner, a guy is very professional and helpful as well as the collaborators, I will definitely be back. he is very nice, professional and helpful
