L'ho portato da un altro orologiaio, che ha confermato un mio sospetto: nessun pezzo era stato cambiato, contrariamente a quanto mi era stato detto e fatto pagare Scammers. Non acquistate invece i loro anelli, prodotto artigianale scadente e mal composto, ancor di più considerato il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ho acquistato un “anello del tempo”, per un regalo ad una cara amica, che evidentemente non era stato per nulla saldato bene in tutti i suoi componenti. In particolare, per tale oggetto, l’assistenza si è rivelata scarsa, improvvisata e lenta. Senza inoltre curare la comunicazione con il cliente in corso di riparazione ( mi sono recato 4/5 volte al negozio su rassicurazione loro che il prodotto sarebbe stato riparato e pronto al ritiro) Dopo 20 giorni circa ho dovuto restituire indietro l’oggetto e chiedere il rimborso, con conseguente bruttissima figura sostenuta con questa mia cara amica. Sconsiglio vivamente l’acquisto di tali articoli. Certainly nothing to complain about their main profession, with watches they know their stuff. I bought a "time ring", for a gift to a dear friend, which evidently had not been well welded in all its components at all. In particular, for this object, assistance proved to be scarce, improvised and slow. Furthermore, without taking care of the communication with the customer during the repair (I went 4/5 times to the shop on reassurance that the product would be repaired and ready for collection) After about 20 days I had to return the item back and ask for a refund, resulting in a very ugly figure sustained with this dear friend of mine. I strongly advise against the purchase of such items.

Prezzo €. 80 e 25 giorni di attesa per la riparazione. Esco di li e vengo qui da PISANO Orologiaio: prendono il mio orologio, mi chiedono 20min di tempo per aprirlo e fare un preventivo. Ritorno dopo 20 min, avevano sostituito la batteria perché quella che c'era era sbagliata. Ho pagato €4 e l'orologio adesso ancora dopo tre mesi funziona perfettamente. Morale: Pisano, ONESTI e super professionali. Grazie! Gli ho consegnato mio orologio acquistato presso il suo negozio per effettuare una riparazione e non l'ha più restituito. Da ben DUE ANNI continua ad inventare scuse rinviando la restituzione, dando buca a fantomatiche consegne di fantomatici amici presso il mio luogo di lavoro e dopo avermi fatto tornare decine di volte in negozio inutilmente. Non fatevi fregare dal suo fare amichevole e confidenziale, è assolutamente inaffidabile e se mai riuscirete a riavere indietro quello che vi spetta (ve lo auguro, io non ci sono ancora riuscito) di sicuro non riavrete mai indietro la marea di TEMPO che Roberto Pisano vi avrà fatto perdere. I strongly advise against having anything to do with the owner Roberto Pisano. I gave him my watch purchased from his shop to make a repair and he never returned it. For the past TWO YEARS he continues to invent excuses delaying the return, giving the hole a phantom of imaginary friends deliveries at my place of work and after making me go back dozens of times in the shop unnecessarily. Do not be fooled by his friendly and confidential behavior, he is absolutely unreliable and if you ever manage to get back what you deserve (I wish you, I have not yet succeeded) for sure you will never get back the tide of TIME that Roberto Pisano will have made you lose.
