Andata per cambiare una pietra di un anello e subito "si si ok va bene", fatto pagare 7 euro di acconto per poi chiamarmi un ora dopo dicendomi che non si poteva più cambiare la pietra e che i 7 euro non me li ridavano, potevo solo comprare delle pile e mi scalavano dal prezzo. Vergogna!
Bad service. Went to change a stone of a ring and immediately "yes yes okay", I paid 7 euros down payment and then called me an hour later telling me that you could no longer change the stone and that the 7 euros did not give them back to me, I could just buy some batteries and they would scale me from the price. Shame!
