Gentilezza e professionalità al top.
Il 23 dicembre ho deciso di acquistare un gioiello presso questo negozio, ma ho avuto problemi con le carte di credito e quindi ho potuto solo versare la caparra e tornare il giorno seguente per versare il saldo. Il 24 lavoravo ed inoltre mi trovavo a 70 km di distanza. La commessa Sara è stata squisita, non solo mi ha aspettato il giorno della vigilia di Natale durante la pausa pranzo, praticamente saltando il pasto e tenendo il negozio aperto solo per me, ma si è persino preoccupata di telefonarmi sul cellulare per dirmi di non correre forte con l'auto e che lei mi avrebbe aspettato comunque. Non so se il titolare sia molto bravo a scegliersi le dipendenti o se sia solo molto fortunato (probabilmente entrambe le cose), sta di fatto che, come cliente, non sono mai stato così soddisfatto in vita mia... bravi, bravi, bravi!!! Infine soddisfatto anche come rapporto qualità prezzo del prodotto acquistato.

Kindness and professionalism at the top.
On December 23rd I decided to buy a jewel at this store, but I had problems with credit cards so I could only pay the deposit and return the following day to pay the balance. On the 24th I worked and I was also 70 km away. Saleswoman Sara was exquisite, not only did she wait for me on Christmas Eve during lunch break, practically skipping the meal and keeping the shop open just for me, but she even bothered to call me on the phone to tell me not to run strong with the car and that she would have waited for me anyway. I don't know if the owner is very good at choosing his employees or if he's just very lucky (probably both), the fact is that, as a customer, I've never been so satisfied in my life ... good, good, good !!! Finally also satisfied as a value for money product purchased.
