Bad and incompetent. I paid 80 euros for a problem that occurred again after a month. Then I went to a REAL Apple Store and they solved the problem for FREE in 20 minutes ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posseggo diversi prodotti Apple da almeno 9 anni e mi sono sempre servito della Ormi sia per l'acquisto che per l'assistenza, sono sempre stati gentili, seri e competenti. Qualche giorno fa sono stato in assistenza per un malfunzionamento del mio MacBook al monitor: in quattro giorni ho riavuto il mio portatile riparato e anche pulito!
I have had several Apple products for at least 9 years and have always used Ormi for both purchase and assistance, they have always been kind, serious and competent. A few days ago I was in assistance for a malfunction of my MacBook on the monitor: in four days I got my laptop repaired and even cleaned!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio terribile. Dopo un'attesa di 20 minuti hanno guardato il mio iPhone per circa 30 secondi, chiedendo €350 perché irreparabile. Sono andato da un altro riparatore che ha tolto la polvere dalla porta di carica e il mio iPhone ora funziona perfettamente. Mi aspettavo di più da un centro certificato da Apple.
Terrible service. After waiting for 20 minutes they watched my iPhone for about 30 seconds, asking for € 350 because it was irreparable. I went to another repairer who removed the dust from the charging door and my iPhone now works perfectly. I expected more from an Apple certified center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato ha riparare un Apple Watch Nike, consegnando scatola e cinturini. Dopo 1 settimana vado a ritirare il prodotto ma avevano smarrito cinturini e scatola originale. Mi hannno ricomprato i cinturini ma hanno detto che si sarebbero adoperati per ritrovarmi la scatola, nel frattempo se rivolevo il prodotto dovevo pagare e sperare che mi avrebbero trovato un altro scatola tramite i loro fornitori. Ho pagato e ripreso il prodotto con i cinturini e dopo 45 giorni mi hanno contattato dicendomi che avevano in scatola di un Apple Watch Sport bianca (la mia era nera Nike) con scritto il nome e cognome di una persona sul fondo, l'ho presa pur di finire questa disavventura totalmente negativa con loro.
I brought it to repair an Apple Watch Nike, delivering box and straps. After 1 week I go to collect the product but they had lost the straps and original box. They bought back the straps but they said they would try to find the box, in the meantime if I wanted the product I had to pay and hope that they would find another box through their suppliers. I paid and took back the product with the straps and after 45 days they contacted me saying that they had a white Apple Watch Sport in box (mine was black Nike) with the name and surname of a person on the bottom, I took it just to end this totally negative mishap with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon centro assistenza, forse l'unico che ripara realmente in laboratorio senza spedire ad altri centri. Non tutti gli operatori sono disponibili alla stessa maniera, alcuni sono veramente preparati e professionali, altri non hanno voglia di star lì e si perpepisce! In modo o nell'altro mi hanno sempre risolto tutti i problemi che avevo con i miei MacBook Pro.
Good service center, perhaps the only one that actually repairs in the laboratory without shipping to other centers. Not all operators are available in the same way, some are really prepared and professional, others do not want to stay there and it persists! In a way or in the other I have always solved all the problems I had with my MacBook Pro.
