Ero scettica sull'acquisto di scarpe online, ma il venditore ha risposto ad ogni mia perplessità e dubbio circa la portabilità della calzatura da me scelta, assicurandomi reso e spedizione gratuita in caso di necessità. Le scarpe sono arrivate nei tempi stabiliti, sono di una comodità unica: suola morbidissima, tacco comodo nonostante sia bello alto, mai provata una scarpa con tacco così comoda e confortevole da poterla tenere su tutto il giorno, senza problemi. Infatti ho deciso di riacquistare nuovamente un secondo paio (di colore diverso) per un matrimonio. Il venditore mi è venuto incontro coi tempi di spedizione, posticipandola di qualche giorno, con corriere tracciabile. La cordialità, la gentilezza e la professionalità del venditore sono davvero eccezionali, anche nell'assistenza post vendita. Acquisterò sicuramente ancora in futuro. Sono precisi ,e molto molto cordiali e gentili ,rispondono sempre molto velocemente e seguono il cliente come se fosse in negozio .Ho comprato più volte su vari siti ma non ho quasi mai avuto riscontri positivi .Le scarpe poi sono un acquisto molto delicato ma ripeto che con Orlando Calzature non ho mai avuto problemi..peccato non averlo a portata di mano qui a Modena ...oggi ho ricevuto le mie scarpe estive ..bhè che dire ..perfette come sempre ,sono davvero tanto soddisfatta. The shoes then are a very delicate purchase but I repeat that with Orlando Calzature I have never had any problems .. it's a pity not to have it at hand here in Modena ... today I received my summer shoes .. well what to say .. perfect as always, I am really very satisfied.

All'inizio ero un po' scettica nell'acquistare calzature perché ho problemi ai piedi ma queste scarpe hanno risolto qualsiasi problema....le calzo anche per tutto il giorno senza provare dolore ai piedi... Il Signor Giuseppe poi è sempre cordiale, disponibile, attento alle richieste e puntuale nelle spedizioni. Farò sicuramente altri acquisti... Ormai non posso più farne a meno!!
