Avendo ricevuto un regalo con la taglia errata mi sono recata in negozio nel weekend (tutta settimana lavoro) e mi hanno detto che non era possibile fare il cambio con le nuove direttive; faccio di corsa al rientro dal lavoro e mi reco al negozio di martedì ma la commessa mi comunica che per problemi tecnici avvenuti in mattinata non può fare il cambio ma solo nuovi acquisti senza poter comunque usare la loro carta fedeltà. A questo punto ho visto da parte della direzione un totale disinteresse nei confronti del cliente anche perché non hanno comunicato alla commessa un eventuale ripristino di tutte le funzioni della cassa. Oltretutto recandomi il mercoledì ad effettuare il cambio non mi è stato permesso di usufruire degli sconti in corso perché al momento dell'acquisto dell'altro capo gli articoli scelti non erano in saldo.. Questa politica è totalmente scorretta e forse anche illegale. Non riusciranno mai ad avere una clientela fissa.
My experience was very bad. Having received a gift with the wrong size I went to the store over the weekend (all week work) and was told that it was not possible to make the change with the new directives; I run back from work and go to the store on Tuesday, but the saleswoman tells me that due to technical problems in the morning she cannot make the change but only new purchases without being able to use their loyalty card. At this point I saw from the management a total lack of interest towards the customer also because they did not communicate to the order a possible restoration of all the functions of the cash desk. Moreover, by going on Wednesday to make the change I was not allowed to take advantage of the current discounts because at the time of the purchase of the other item the selected items were not on sale. This policy is totally incorrect and perhaps even illegal. They will never be able to have a regular clientele.
