Il commesso mi aveva riferito che avendo io la carta original avrei usufruito della stessa scontistica del giorno dopo ovvero inizio saldi, quindi ho acquistato (17 capi) tutto al 30% e al 50%, potete immaginare la mia sorpresa nel vedere che il giorno dopo era tutto al 50%. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni quasi sono stata derisa. Delusione totale! Dal negozio singolo e dalla stessa original marins che non ha per niente tutelato il cliente. Quindi occhi aperti !
Unfriendly staff, not very attentive to the customer, not at all clear and poorly prepared in the explanations of the discounts. The clerk told me that by having the original card I would have benefited from the same discounts the day after or the start of sales, so I bought (17 items) all at 30% and 50%, you can imagine my surprise to see that the next day it was all 50%. When I asked for an explanation, I was almost laughed at. Total disappointment! From the single store and from the same original marins that did not protect the customer at all. So keep your eyes open!
