Il personale NON informa che quel buono deve essere speso in un unica soluzione e quindi ci si ritrova a dover fare una spesa di 150€ tutta in una volta.
A mio parere non è un gran sistema per fidelizzare il cliente... Di certo consumato quel buono non ci si ritorna.

The staff DOES NOT inform that that voucher must be spent in a single solution and therefore you find yourself having to make a purchase of 150 € all at once.
In my opinion, it is not a great way to build customer loyalty ... Of course, once you have consumed that voucher, you will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per cambiare un regalo che mi è stato fatto e come negozio mi sembrava molto carino,peccato per la scortesia del personale.
Ho chiesto un aiuto per scegliere qualcosa e mi è stato risposto la roba e lì.
Inoltre la dipendente bionda alla cassa mi ha risposto scocciata e scortese solo perché dovevo fare un cambio di più completi.
Dopo questa esperienza sicuramente non mi vedranno più.
Hanno perso una cliente.
I went to exchange a gift that was given to me and as a shop it seemed very nice to me, too bad for the rudeness of the staff.
I asked for help choosing something and I was told the stuff and there.
Also the blonde employee at the cashier replied annoyed and rude just because I had to make a change of more suits.
After this experience they will surely never see me again.
They lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata diverse volte nel corso degli anni in questo negozio e purtroppo devo dire che vi sono commesse (non tutte per fortuna ma una in particolare) che non sono molto cordiali e disponibili con i clienti. L’ultima volta, qualche giorno fa, sono andata a cambiare un indumento che mie era stato regalato e, complici anche i saldi (che come si sa generano un po’ di confusione con prezzi sconti ecc ) ho chiesto info su completo pantalone/maglia ma mi è stato detto che la taglia che chiedevo era in fondo … senza un minimo accenno di assistenza da parte delle commesse. Alla fine potevo anche acquistare di più di quanto ho acquistato se avessi ricevuto un trattamento diverso e magari un po’ di assistenza. Mai un sorriso verso il cliente. Mi è parso quasi che il cliente stesso arrechi disturbo quando entra in negozio. Io capisco che non sia facile lavorare a contatto col pubblico e ci sono anche clienti che non si sanno comportare ma … ci vuole un minimo di cortesia e attenzione poichè diversamente non ci si ritorna in quel negozio. Io non credo tornerò anche perché ho visto la plateale differenza di trattamento rispetto ad Original Marines al centro commerciale il Castello dove sono stata assistita e aiutata senza nemmeno bisogno di chiederlo e dal quale sono uscita pensando di aver incontrato un commesso gentile e disponibile e grazie al quale io la ci tornerò volentieri. Tutto ciò non vuol assolutamente essere una mera critica fine a se stessa, ma magari uno stimolo a essere un po’ più cortesi ed empatici con i clienti di modo che tornino volentieri e acquistino anche di più .
I have been to this shop several times over the years and unfortunately I must say that there are salespeople (not all of them fortunately but one in particular) who are not very friendly and helpful with customers. The last time, a few days ago, I went to change a garment that had been given to me and, also thanks to the sales (which, as you know, generate a bit of confusion with discount prices, etc.) I asked for info on the trouser / shirt suit but I was told that the size I was asking for was at the bottom… without the slightest hint of assistance from the orders. In the end, I could also buy more than I bought if I had received a different treatment and maybe a little assistance. Never a smile towards the customer. It almost seemed to me that the customer himself disturbs when he enters the shop. I understand that it is not easy to work in contact with the public and there are also customers who do not know how to behave but ... it takes a minimum of courtesy and attention because otherwise you do not return to that shop. I do not think I will return also because I saw the blatant difference in treatment compared to Original Marines at the Il Castello shopping center where I was assisted and helped without even asking and from which I left thinking I had met a kind and helpful salesman and thanks to the which I will gladly return. This is absolutely not meant to be a mere criticism for an end in itself, but perhaps a stimulus to be a little more courteous and empathetic with customers so that they will come back willingly and buy even more.
