They hang up the phone an hour later, they unplug it half an hour earlier and when you finally manage to get on the line, after countless recorded messages ... They pick up the handset and hang up. Congratulations. And then you demand our money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo in tutto non sono riuscito ad entrare sul sito con lo spid per richiedere un certificato di iscrizione all'albo quindi mi sono presentato all'ufficio per chiederlo ma ero senza appuntamento il certificato mi serviva urgente mi e' stato detto che dovevo chiederlo online tramite spid dopo varie battute mi ha detto che il sito non funziona al telefono non rispondono all'email ancora meno pessimo in tutto
Bad in everything I was unable to enter the site with the spid to request a certificate of registration in the register so I went to the office to ask for it but I was without an appointment the certificate I needed urgent I was told that I had to ask for it online via spid after several jokes told me that the site does not work on the phone they do not respond to the email even less bad at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente pessimi! Gestito malissimo da anni. Impossibile comunicare con loro telefonicamente. Emergenza covid? La loro soluzione è ridurre l'orario di lavoro e recarsi su prenotazione. Non si rendono conto del periodo in cui vive un operatore sanitario? Turni da 16 ore al giorno senza sosta e ti obbligano ad andare lì per ogni piccolezza a perdere tempo!
Dicono di essere tutti infermieri ma non sanno minimamente cosa vuol dire vivere nel nostro mondo! La pec? Appena ti iscrivi sei obbligato ad aprirla e dopo 10 anni ti chiedono se l'hai aperta! Booh! Tassa pagata inutilmente.
Really bad! Badly managed for years. Impossible to communicate with them by phone. Covid emergency? Their solution is to reduce working hours and go by reservation. Don't they realize how long a health worker lives? Shifts of 16 hours a day non-stop and they force you to go there for every little thing to waste time!
They say they are all nurses but they don't know in the least what it means to live in our world! The pec? As soon as you register you are obliged to open it and after 10 years they ask you if you have opened it! Booh! Tax paid unnecessarily.
