★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sembra che proprio non ne vogliano sapere di dare ai propri iscritti informazioni corrette ed aggiornate e preferiscano mantenere sul proprio sito un pare superato e contrario alla legge, creando non pochi problemi al sottoscritto e a tutti coloro che vorrebbero aderire alla piattaforma Amica Card ed avere una opinione propria sulla questione.

Neppure il Consiglio di Stato salva il CNF
La piattaforma «Amica Card» ha lo scopo di mettere a disposizione dell’avvocato, verso il pagamento di un corrispettivo, un spazio online in cui lo stesso possa «presentare l’attività professionale svolta e proporre uno sconto al cliente che decide di avvalersi dei suoi servizi. La circostanza che l’accesso sia assicurato a tutti gli utenti ovvero, come ritenuto dall’appellante, solo agli affiliati al circuito, non è di per sé, in assenza della dimostrazione di elementi qualificanti, incompatibile con la deontologia e con il decoro della professione».
It seems that they really do not want to know to give their members correct and up-to-date information and they prefer to keep their website up-to-date and contrary to the law, creating many problems for the undersigned and for all those who would like to join the Amica Card platform and have an opinion own on the issue.

The "Amica Card" platform is intended to provide the lawyer, towards the payment of a fee, with an online space in which he can "present the professional activity and offer a discount to the customer who decides to make use of the its services. The circumstance that access is guaranteed to all users or, as deemed by the appellant, only to those affiliated to the circuit, is not in itself, in the absence of the demonstration of qualifying elements, incompatible with deontology and with the dignity of the profession ».
